Judo (kids) |
In Judo the object is to
either throw one's opponent to the ground, immobilize or
otherwise subdue one's opponent with a grappling maneuver, or
force an opponent to submit by armlocks or
chokes/strangulations.
Age: 4 - 15 year. |

Ju
Jitsu |
With Ju Jitsu
you can control or take out an attacker in a few seconds. In Ju Jitsu
not only defenses are trained, but also several attacking
techniques (strikes, punches, kicks, throws, locks and
chokes/strangulations). |

Kenpo
Karate |
American Kenpo ('the science of
streetfighting') concentrates mainly on effective self defense.
In Kenpo Karate the focus is on striking, punching and kicking
and less on holds and locks (multiple attackers). |

Kickboxing |
Kickboxing combines the punches from
Boxing with kicking techniques from Karate and Taekwondo.
Lessons are given by Fouad Maftah (former Dutch champion full
contact Kickboxing). |

Grappling |
These lessons
concentrate on ground fighting. Your goal is to get a dominant
position over your opponent and take him out by submission
(locks and chokes/strangulations). |

Kali |
Kali
is a
weapon art from the Filippines, where the practioner trains with
sticks, swords and knives.
Created and
proven on the battle field,
so very realistic. |

Martial Arts (kids) |
Lessons
start with conditioning exercises and breakfall training.
Techniques from Judo, Ju Jitsu, Kickboxing and Kali are trained.
We finish class with sparring. Learn how to defend yourself and
get more confidence. Age: 10 - 15 year. |
